Attach a rubric to existing content

This how-to assumes you have already created a rubric, and that you now wish to attach that rubric to some course content.
For Journals, Wikis, Blogs, and Discussion Boards
Go to the Control Panel on the lower left side of the screen.
Expand the Course Tools
Click on whichever tool you are adding a rubric to (Journals, Wikis, Blogs, or Discussion Boards).
Click on the action link next to the content
Click Edit
Scroll down to the grade options and make sure that there is a grade entered and selected, otherwise the Add Rubric button will be hidden.
Hover over Add Rubric
Click Select Rubric
A Select Rubrics window will open. Click on the box next the rubric that you want
Click Submit
Click Submit to finish attaching the Rubric
For Assignments
Go to the course content page
Go the assignment
Click on the action link next to it
Click Edit
Scroll down to Grading and hover over Add Rubric
Click Select Rubric
A Select Rubrics window will open. Click on the box next to the rubric that you want
Click Submit
Click Submit again to finish attaching the rubric
